AtThe Better J, we’re passionate about crafting delicious dark chocolate sweetened naturally with palm jaggery. We take great care to ensure every bar meets our high standards, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return & Refund Guidelines

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you’ve experienced any of the following issues, we’re more than happy to make it right:

- You received the wrong product
- Your order arrived melted or damaged
- There is a quality concern with the product

What To Do

If you encounter any issues, please email us at talktous@cocojag.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos are a must (this helps us resolve things faster!)

Our team will review your message and get back to you within 2–3 business days with the next steps, whether it’s a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Note

- Refunds and replacements are offered at our discretion.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for taste preferences.
