We discovered monk fruit, a natural sweetener extracted from the Siraitia grosvenorii fruit, which has a negligible impact on the Glycemic Index. Its sweetness comes from natural compounds called Mogrosides, which are not metabolized by the body in the same way as sugar. Hence, consuming monk fruit does not lead to a spike in blood sugar levels. Pairing it with the finest cocoa and minimal ingredients, we found the answer to our question.
